During a brainstorming meeting about cost reduction for a consumer product, my client received a call. After stepping out, he returned excitedly, saying, "The competitor released their product! I am buying two copies. We will send one to the lab, and we will dissect the other this afternoon.” We did just that and had a memorable hands-on workshop.
